The Metropolitan Hospitality & Food Service Symposium was held last month at New York’s Harmonie Club.  Hosted by Assured Environments, a Manhattan pest control company serving the New York Metropolitan, the event highlighted topics relevant to the food and hospitality industries including:

• Flies

• Food Safety

• Food Service Letter Grade System

The one day seminar provided local hotel management and hospitality staff with valuable information designed to help them protect their business and guests.
