For dogs, a scent article is like a three-dimensional “odor image” much more detailed than a photograph is for a person.  Dogs can track a scent through snow, air, mud, water, and even ash.  Assured Environments Bed Bug Canine Detection Teams (handler and dog) have been trained to work together to help recognize a bed bug infestation at almost any level.  The initial phase of becoming part of the team consists of each canine successfully completing a bed bug certification process (by Florida Canine Academy) which encompasses over 800 hours of bed bug detection training. 

Assured Environments uses a very scientific approach to the most recent out break of bed bugs.  Working closely with several universities and entomologist throughout the country our Bed Bug Division again, has a very systematic approach to helping our clients rid their households of bed bug infestations.   With a combination of several techniques including steamers, hepa vacs, encasements and more, over a course of a minimal two visit treatment, our bed bug program enables us to have a very high success rate to eliminate even the worst infestation.   Working closely with our clients to allow them to be a part of the solution, again we have found to eradicate these problems much quicker and with better results then most.
